OEL’s Pipeline Datalogging equipment is designed to monitor record and report pressure and temperature data during the hydrotest of an underwater pipeline.  Its purpose it to secure the data while feeing up the vessel.  In addition to logging the information an ROV/Diver readable display is provided to allow random viewing of the test data.

Pre-Commissioning Testing

OEL's Gauging Run Integrity Data (GRID) system allows the presence and position of defects along subsea pipelines to be determined by running a simple pig fitted with an intelligent gaugae plate and GRID data transducer.   The GRID system allows a successful gauging run to be confirmed immediately and remotely without having to recover the gauge plate for manual inspection saving significant vessel time and associated costs.
